Trisutra Ayurveda
Traditional medicine is now a days forming basis of many drug discovery projects especially for chronic and life-style diseases like Diabetes, Asthma, Cardiovascular diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, and natural translational as well.

Ayurveda is being looked at by the world today as the source of traditional knowledge of medicinal formulations for various diseases but not really in its true sense. Gems and pearls are being tried to gather without actually understanding the intricately woven fabric of it! Any research weather based on ancient knowledge or modern day findings always needs to be preceded by thorough literary research or say in silico research. And if one actually wants to attempt at drug discovery through traditional knowledge, an extensive literature survey followed by its interpretation and then building up of action plan for its experimental studies is done. This not only saves efforts in terms of time, money and energy but also enables researchers to draw proper conclusions from the study and understand the theory behind the observed results and thereby develop cause and affect relationship.

This not only takes into account the information about drugs used like process and combinations of drugs, vehicle or adjuvant for the drug delivery, time and mode of its administration but also its probable mechanism of action, and for this pathology of the diseased condition is also thoroughly studied in the same unit of expression or say same language of science and then interpretations and predictions are made.
